The restaurant of the Mère Poulard adjoins the Omelet room where this house favorite is cooked over a wood fire, as in times gone by in the great fireplace.
Traditional and creative cuisine, developed in accordance with the seasons, offered in the ancestral recipes from la Mère Poulard : besides the famous omelet, you will also find Normandy foie gras, salt meadow lamb from Mont Saint Michel, Brittany lobster, farm-raised poultry, vegetables of the season and the traditional Mère Poulard desserts and sweets.
